Leonard Anderson has successfully completed at least six projects for us over the course of 20 years. He took down a 25″ diameter rotted maple in Sammamish, cut down and removed a West Seattle tree owned by our parents that was designated as highly hazardous by an arborist, cut up four storm-uprooted 20″+ diameter trees on Bainbridge, cleared a heavily forested building site for our garage, and most recently trimmed limbs overhanging our roof and shaped my young 20 foot Herbstfeuer Japanese maple.
In all cases, the property was left so clean it shamed the area surrounding it. His crews know what they are doing, ask before they leap, and work hard to satisfy their customer.
But it is the little maple that goes over-the-top as far as exceeding this customer. It had been in a pot for years as we kept moving around. Once it got planted at its forever home, it took off…awkwardly. Leonard is a certified arborist and he personally pruned it. Gone are the multiple leaders. Here to stay is a beautiful shape. This little one is going to shade many a neighbor who takes a break from their afternoon walk and sits on the stone wall under this tree.
Anderson Tree service removed a very large tree that was causing damage to my roof. They were timely, professional, and clean. The level of professionalism was second to none.
Anderson Tree Service recently removed a 125′ douglas fir and 100′ cedar from my neighbors’ properties for me. I have a view covenant but still needed my neighbor’s approval to access their property and remove the trees. Leonard personally came out to do the bid, met 2 of the 3 neighbors involved and continued to communicate with them up to and during the project. His team was very respectful of the property, left them in excellent condition. I have used several tree service companies over the years and consider Anderson Tree Service to be the best and the cost was very reasonable when compared to two other quotes that I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!
When they initially came out to give me a quote, the arborist was friendly and informative. The workers were courteous and did an amazing job cleaning up. I had one tree removed and several stumps. I’m very satisfied with the job and I feel like the cost was appropriate. I’ll definitely be calling again when my plum tree needs to be pruned.
